The part of youthat keeps repeating…That is the door.
You haven't failed to open it.
You've been working from the other side.
It was never a wall.
It was a door.
And it opens from the inside.
You understand the pattern. And still, it returns.
You can see what triggers you. You may know where it began. You may even recognize the reaction while it is happening, and still find yourself inside it.
Insight can show you the pattern. It does not always change what happens when the pattern is activated. When that happens, experience often arrives before explanation: a tightening chest, held breath, heat, collapse, the urge to leave, defend, please, control, or disappear.
SIT begins there.
The Shadow Integration Technique
A practice of staying.
SIT stands for Shadow Integration Technique. The name also carries the simplest instruction in the work: sit. Stay long enough to notice what is actually here before the old reaction takes over.
Get Present
Meet the moment as it is. Begin with sensation, breath, and the felt experience of being here. Notice what arises without immediately needing to change it.
Clear the Past
Turn toward what remains active from the past. Through inquiry, examine the meaning you have carried and make room for perspectives the original moment may not have allowed.
Create the Future
When the past is no longer deciding every response, more choice becomes possible. Bring that space into your relationships, work, creativity, and the life you are building.
What you have been avoidingholds exactly the energyyou have been searching for.
SIT With It
Seven days. One hour a day. A structured practice in your own home.
Video teachings, guided embodied practices, real-session demonstrations, and a workbook designed to help you move from understanding the method to practicing it in your own experience.
Explore SIT With ItThe shadow was never the destination.
What you find on the other side is not a better version of you.
It is you.
The work begins with staying.
